- All the purchases will be non-refundable.
- Exchanges are accepted only in terms of sizes. If a customer wishes to exchange a particular product then the garment should be sent back to us (address given below) and only after receiving it, we will reship the required garment.
- Please maintain the price tag on the outfit and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
- Please mention youre name address number and email id on the parcel and also mention the garment you need in exchange.
- Exchanges can be processed only once per order.(With given criteria)
- All product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups.
(Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery)
